Speakers: Mr. Raymond Li, Senior Technical Officer, Global Technical Service (Softlines)

Ms. Peggie Lam, Senior Manager, Global Technical Services (Softlines)

The French Anti-Waste Law for a Circular Economy n°2020-105 (also known as the AGEC law) was published in February 2020. The objective of this law is to improve reuse and recycling, and to reduce plastic consumption.

On February 1, 2022, the label requirement of the Triman logo and the sorting information was validated. All clothing, household linen and footwear products sold in France must bear the Triman symbol and sorting information not later than February 1, 2023. On the other hand, similar requirements are also mandatory for household packaging and graphic paper by 1 September 2022.

This webinar is designed to give you a guide on these new regulatory requirements for clothing, household linen and footwear products, as well as household packaging and graphic paper.
